Flight Dispatcher training India

Hi everyone,

I'm interested in obtaining a D.G.C.A Flight Dispatcher license in India.

I get to hear info ranging from things like internal hiring in Airlines else no DGCA approved institutes in India. The only institute I know is valid is CTE of Air India, however I don't see them conducting any courses since 2012.

Looking forward to get some advice from Members on this forum.

Unfortunately, you are not going to get a DGCA dispatcher license in India. The DGCA rules state you must be working for an airline, they must sponsor you for certification, thus any and all dispatcher school's in India go under. In some aspects it is easier to become a Pilot in India, at least one with a license, not necessarily a flying job that is.

In order to get an employer to sponsor you, provide you the training, plan on lot's of under table money, and have having the right connections, etc.

Don't know your background, but why do you want to be dispatcher in India???
