Eagle jet 1000 hour a320 line training in "Asia"

Here we go again ! Terrible!

Would somebody please name and shame the "partner airline "

Roti Canai 16th Apr 2015 03:14

I
Wonder how much they are asking People to pay for the 1000 hours as well.

pfvspnf 16th Apr 2015 10:26

90,000 euros! No employment after

BAe 146-100 16th Apr 2015 10:35

Hmmm... struggling to find which airline this can be. Asia pretty much a closed shop for p2f now.

lee_apromise 16th Apr 2015 11:12

I got a feeling that it is Thailand.

ZFT 16th Apr 2015 13:35

What gives you that feeling?

kwaiyai 16th Apr 2015 13:42

The only A320 op that would most likely be into that may be
9-Star but I dont think they have any planes. I did hear someone coughed 35K US to join thoough. Thats just a rumour of course :}.
Not sure about R-Air though.

pfvspnf 16th Apr 2015 15:08

Maybe Myanmar ? How is eagle jet still operating with all the bad press?!! What is the background of the owners and office manager ?

lee_apromise 16th Apr 2015 15:33

What gives you that feeling?
Remember Business Air? EagleJet charged almost 60K per head for 1250 hours but 8B went under before those poor guys got enough hours to go anywhere.

I agree with kwaiyai. 9star took a few Korean guys (TR was self-sponsored) but the way they did their TR was so weird. These Korean guys only have Korean CPL and yet their sim was done in Pan Am BKK, which is not approved by Korean CASA. Apparently DCA agreed to issue validation with A320TR on it despite their Korean CPL does not have A320 TR on it. Go figure.

Don't rule out Cambodia either. Sky Angkor (Do not confuse with Cambodia Angkor) aka Skywings or whatever they are now were training Korean FO's. While I was there at CAA I was told they were doing some sort of P2F but again maybe its a rumour:8

Those P2Fers paid $50k each. No base pay. Just per diem only.:yuk: Took them more than 2 years to log 500 hours on A320.

Roti Canai 17th Apr 2015 05:55

Ya man an I heard a Captain who got Command at that place left for another Airline in Cambodia. Some guys from the DCA and Skywing went round an ask for money from this guy or no job. ICAO restricted the DCA Thai maybe they should look Cambodia too:yuk:. Eagle Jet is from the Land of the Free,,

pfvspnf 17th Apr 2015 09:19

So the office manager at eagle jet keeps calling airlines asking to provide training for a heap of cash ? Or does the airline initiate it ?

Skies aviation is desperate for a training partner they might be closing their doors very soon.

Eagle jet had 500 hours in Libya a few months ago ! No idea what happened to that

jetjockey696 19th Apr 2015 06:40

Maybe Vietjet..

wonderland 20th Apr 2015 07:59

Probably Bassaka air in cambodia

kwaiyai 20th Apr 2015 08:33

Talking of Bassaka, Anyone seen the Chief Pilot?

ZFT 20th Apr 2015 11:38

Do you mean ex CP?

kwaiyai 20th Apr 2015 13:58

Forgive my Sarcasm. I know the story thanks.
I guess he was a bit over the Hill for Cambodia.

What happened? Just curious :E

Gligg 20th Apr 2015 14:59

Could it be Citilink? I heard they are getting around the 250 hour on type requirement in Indonesia by placing the 'victims' at another operator somewhere in Europe for the first 300 hrs before shipping off to Indo.
