Don't bother even going there, the bastards don't pay!

My own experience and several others I believe have had the same crappy treatment!

last info i had from a guy flying there is that they wanna start pay to fly scheme.. but then again Bangladesh CAA has regulation of min 2000 hr for expats who wanna apply for a job :confused::confused:

My bad luck took me there and I had a terrible experience
It's a small company consist of 6 captain's and 5 FO's rolled by a father and son (father is the DFO & the son is Chief Pilot)
they seems to be nice in the beginning but after everything get changed
the company has no standard in terms of safety or flying hours limitation or local pilot skills specially when they fly like a cowboys and they admit it's a BOEING procedure !!!


Overall I highly DON'T recommend this company which called "Regent Airways" to any pilot who is seeking for a professional and safe career path ...
