New ATC System in India

Is it true that Delhi is going to replace the current new ATC system to a new one?

The best would be the atc automatic system on board of planes . The planes communicate between them. You just select the a/c before you, to follow, and you have an automatic space.
So we do not need atc controllers... controllers will be removed sooner than pilot s :p
