DGCA paper validity from?

I know the validity for conversion of foreign CPL to Indian is 5 years but is it from the date of result or examination? For example if the date of examination is printed as July 2011 and result in September 2011. The result is valid till, 30 June 2016, 31 July 2016, or 30 September 2016?

Also, once you've submitted the papers for conversion and then the 5 years of your written examination passes away, does the DGCA still isse the CPL?

And lastly, having FAA and Canadian CPL with RTR (P) but no IR On Canadian CPL. Does it create a problem with the DGCA? For conversion?

(Date of Result + 5 Years) <= Date of Application "Period"

you sure right? Just wanna be completely sure after all its DGCA! date of result <= 5 years!!! :x

Also, anything about the last question? I mean canadian cpl without IR and FAA CPL with IR. does it create a problem? I mean when you apply for conversion do they consider the FAA IR and Canadian CPL? or any one of them?
