Serious Maintenance findings

I read the old thread and was waiting to see when something will happen.
Now Thai DCA have received a detailed report on this foreign airlines, and investigating.
No, not JetAsia, worse conditions.

maybe will still fly for while but sooner or later they will not able to keep it secret, they will ground them, if they dont grounded hard by themselfs!!

Only hope to avoid a crash over our country by a foreign aircraft that think airline safety and maintenance like double bookkeeping.

everyone that is normal, leaving soon after going, only desperate people stay and risk their lifes for peanuts.

Lao DCA. But BKK destination is Thai responsibility.
I know Thai try avoid sukhoi too but at the end, let fly. now the reports look bad, not aircraft but company. maintenace , set up, records.
will see

situation is not good. every flight gamble
if Thai DCA learns then maybe do something
but think DCA knows long time

Sukhoi new, no record problem, only breaks down too much.
old aircraft never break down, but record problem because expensive to correct, you know?

Lao Airline crash will make situation hard for Lao Central. DCA examine both companies, Thai DCA will not wait for accident to happen over Thailand.

You should hope to avoid a crash over your country by a Thailand based airline that think airline safety and maintenance like double bookkeeping.

Thailand is no better than it's neighbors in that respect. :=

"Thai ...some ruthless people in aviation..." ???!!!..... noooooo way

One thing is for sure, once you experience Thailand as a pilot, you return to your country and you think you're dealing with the Spanish Inquisition when you compare it with the Thai authority.

I have to give it to them though, they have assured that only local millionaires can play ball with their licensing requirements (annual rating renewals that cost 3 times the US or AUS cost) they attract expats with their local beauties (I mean come on, its a beautiful country...), and they can cover up almost everything, as long as they get their fair share! :D

Cannot comment on Lao or Cambo and the rest, but I would safely assume that the commies can give some lessons on ruthlessness now that they are introduced to the new market model.
