Urgent help about multi documents
 

Hello aviators

I have recently completed my multi training from newzealand and submitted all the documents to the dgca..Got a objection letter from DGCA which is mention that "Application form duly filled has not been submitted" I am confused what form they are asking about? i called up DGCA in DTL section they said filled up the "Application for extension of aircraft type rating" In this form they are asking co pilot hrs and ll detail so i am confused which form i need to filled up..please advise me

I would say for the Co pilots hours just write NA ( Not Applicable ) :)
