hey aviators as long as i can remember paramount was once again approved by dgca last year, correct if wrong after that they had placed orders for A320 neo. Any news when the heck are they getting online? I check the website they arr still under a hiring spree :p

Lol I have only see the one poster at Mumbai airport since 2 years near indigo terminal. I guess if they have placed orders for 320 neo they will only be online after 2015.
I know they are on a hiring stage but have not herd from anyone being hired by them.
Also correct me if I am wrong didn't they have EMB already?

yes they had emb, but they failed to pay their bank loans so the collaterals got seized, nw their main fleet will be the neos, hope somethig happens soon. its been a year of valid lic and no operations...

They left a lot of pilots hanging the last time. Wonder what they really are upto now.

They charged a hefty amount for the Type Ratings on those embraers.

also heard those pilots will be first recruited once they come online....business and promises never trust them...

As far as i know...its not that big loss for the Paramount's Pilots...i have couple of friends who were in paramount and later on they were selected by our one and only jet airways...they are happily flying the 737s these days...and guess what ? since they already had about 500 Hours on jet Engines (ERJs), Jet offered them 737 TR as well...and that money is being deducted from their handsome sallaries now a days.... 10 Guys were appeared for direct interview and sim check from paramount and 8 of them was selected by jet..

as i say it all about your first airline job, after that things are pretty much close to get settled.
