Jar Approved Boeing 737 Simulator Hong Kong/china
 

Hi guys

Just wanted to know if anyone knows of a JAR approved B737 NG sim hanging around hong kong or china?. I basically need to do my renewal, have a JAA examiner in hand, but need a JAR sim.

Just one question, how many hours do you need to renew your Type Rating every year?
Dont you have to fly real hours, do you?

oxford has a center in HK. try contacting them..

As I know, Oxford Sims in HK are not JAA, and I think that they do not have 737 sim.

The nearest 737 Sim is in ZhuHai, at China Southern facilities, but I do not know if they are JAA certificated.

that Oxford says all of its type rating courses are JAA approved. There's an NG sim in HK as well; I've used it as recently as 2008 (and it's shown elsewhere on the website).
