DGCA NOC for TR Help!!

hello ppl, i am looking to go to the States for a B-737 NG TR. Could you let me know how to apply for a NOC. Do you have to attach the details about the school with the syllabus and all. And after you get the NOC can DGCA still create problems for endorsing the TR on your Indian License. From where can i get this information. Is there any DGCA approved TRTo's list??

NOC for type rating 737

Hello,
I am an indian CPL holder. But my indian RT has lapsed in sept 2010. I am in the USA. can I still do my 737 type rating after taking N.O.C from DGCA , do my type rating without valid indian RT, renew my RT & submit my papers for endorsment after renewing the RT.
The school is ok with the lapsed RT here in USA
plz advise I am in a confused state.
