Some measures being taken by DGCA to raise their level , Have to wait and watch how soon and efficiently these things will be implemented .

Plastic card is only a cosmetic measure.

about time...the cpl they've been doling out are so eww... ration cards look cooler..it'll be nice to be able to carry it around with other cards.
