Jet aviation

Hi there

I am apply of jet aviation (Singapore) as a Aircarft engineer. Can anyone tell what i expect it term of pay and work enivorment?

Should i join them?

Licence ok but type ratings not really what they look for(bizjets aka G550/450/V/VI,Bombardier etc etc)However yu can still try.:)
