They only provide an expat pilots for an Instruction purposes such new aircraft instruction.

Terrible mngt, terrible planes, terrible pay .

Please, if turbo prop go to anyone else.

They also do not pay their bills and maintenace.

yes it is for flying their turboprops. Apparently brand new ATR-72's

first officer would realistically get between 500 usd and 1200 usd per month. Most 737 first officers in indonesia start on as little as 500 usd per month with a 7 year bond. Would imagine similar for MZ ATR fleet.

Dreadful maintenance and as the saying goes

" Its Merpati and I'll fly if I want to"
