Thai License

Hello guys,

Wondered if anybody could help me with any ideas on how to obtain a Thai Commercial License? What are the procedures?
I have JAA Frozen ATPL, current on jets.

Cheers

In Thailand there is no Licence Conversion but Licence validation, which means you first need an employer then you will work on your original licence validated by Thai DCA after Air Law and HPL exams. If you want a Thai CPL/IR you have to go through the whole training process and pass through the Thai Royal Air Force Medical Examination (Around 70% failures)....Maybe can get a credit for your PPL for reducing your training expenses

chai ja your Validation will also only allow you to work for a specific Company
as an FO or Captain on the Type of Aircraft. You will need to have experience on the type of Aircraft the Employer operates. It is usually allied to your Medical so WP and Licence have to be extended every year in your case.
As well as The Exams you also need to do a CRM Course. My Former Company
was doing in this House. And OZthai please jump in here I think DG as well?
