Skylark Aviation Anyone?

I am only posting this because on willflyforfood.com...they are posting A320 captains and first officers. The say that with no type if you send your application with 1500 US dollars that they will reserve a place for you in class for your 320 type.

Seems to be a fraudulent operation trying to bilk pilots out of 1500 dollars. How can they ask for the money upfront without interviewing and formally offering a job.

Anyone else dealt with this group?

be careful!!

They wanted me to transfer $1000 in advance, even though he said it is refundable. so I asked him what the difference between pay in advance and pay in later is, he didn't give reasonable answer, just said yes or no.
He was obessed with getting money and focusing on it. He kept calling me.

He sent me the bank account. Unfortunatly, that account was personal account, not corporation account, though he said he has been doing this business over 18years. I couldn't send the money.

whether believe them or not is up to you.

Look People,I completely understand and respect the fact that you feel kind of skeptical for our openings.

Anyways People who dont have needed type rating were asked to pay the security deposit and with guarantee of Job.

This is kinda unusual to u guys and took me as negative.

Anyways on serious front I do have openings for A320..for which you have to pay US$ 1500 as deposit.

I can secure you guys a Job and thats my deal.

Rest be skeptical and loose this chance.

Cheers:)

Skylark Aviation

I think the name says it all.........

sounds like a scam

There are a few guys out there now taking advantage of the tight job market to ask for money in advance, I would certainly be very careful, since their is lot of threads currently on other aviation talk backs about the scam emails people have been receiving from people with two first names, Lucky Jets is one of them. I think if you were to send any money in advance, you would not see it again mate.

This is insane... 1500 as a deposit? for what?

Skylark

Another question you need to ask is "Where is this company based" Most DGCA operations require a minimum of a 100 hours in type before you can even be considered for a position. If they are advertising for positions in India, it is definitely a scam.
