'It would be really kind of guys who got a call to give their general qual and 10+2 so that we know what they r looking for and can better prepare next time.

Yep Cadet Pilots (Mumbai)...thats the one i applied to.

I cant help but wonder if it was the grades that i messed up in, 'coz here v do not have the grading system.
It would be really nice of those who got called for the interview to post their qualification and other relevant details which may be helpful for other candidates for future reference.

777gnieob: I had Bombay down as my centre too. Like you, I also have a B.E. :confused:. Hopefully they haven't finished calling people for Bombay interviews :(

ok so its definate that till now only mumbai applicant got calls:D...if there any one from delhi or other 2 cities then pls let us all know so that we can see where to where SIA taking interview at moment....and on call they only tell u date of interview or also ask few questions:confused:

Apparently they haven't finished shortlisting candidates for Bombay. For those of us who haven't yet received a call, it might be a long wait. Still, you've got to be in it to win it and we're still in it :ok:

Congrats to all the Bombay Cadets who got calls for an interview. This is indeed reassuring considering some previous posts about SIA cancelling the cadet program for India.

Bangalore Cadets - If you get called for an interview, please let us all know.

I'm sure the airline is looking for people with little or NO flying experience. The reason being they want to train you from scratch they way they want to train you. They don't want you bringing in your own ideas from past flying schools etc.

Preparation would be to know what the airline is all about, why you want to fly and of course any knowledge you have about aviation, aircraft and the general principles of flight. If you have MS flight sim experience or any flying experience this would be your chance to showcase this.

Good luck to everyone. From what I have read, cadets in Singapore are those individuals chosen with some work experience, as well. Not sure if this applies to Indians.

hi everyone!!! just to inform u all, i think the last center for interview will be delhi, coz they'll be finishing of the south ones first and then move to north, so i think it would go like - mumbai - banglaore - chennai -delhi!! take care!!! and plz yes--- for tose who get called say ur centre so we may know where they are headed too. cheers....safe landing :ok:
