Anyone know what is happening with Orient Thai. Last I heard grounded untill 5 Oct.

I have some friends over at orient thai flying the MDs. Looks like the MDs will be grounded but the 747s will continue to fly mainly charters and maybe Bangkok-Soeul.
This info is still unoffical..

I was in bangkok on Sunday and there was a heap of 747 orient Thai's sitting on the tarmac. These craft have beent here for the past few months...don't look like moving!

Orient Thai B-747 noted low and slow over Bangna heading south-east, either out of Don Muang or heading into Suvarnabhumi this afternoon.
