What is the difference between Residence package & Commuting package?

I've checked out T&C but looks like only difference is days off and housing?

Something difference in Residence housing and Commuting housing?

Which one has more merits?

been here over a year. had my cultural experience of China and time to move on. Leaving in a couple of months.
my advice; don't be fooled by impressions and it pays to read the fine prints and know the workings inside. I came from a great airline and the management here makes amateur a word to make your chest burst with pride.

could you be more specific? I'm up for screening soon and it looks interesting, but there's not much info from people who's actually living and working there. Worth leaving a stable though not very well paid outfit for them?
