nandyg1,

you mean any fresh CPL/IR holder (lets say he has only 150-200h) who pays for his A320 type rating can easily get bupak's airbus right seat?

desperate times, i guess.

nandyg1 6th May 2011 15:14

look at it this way, youre in a group of interviewees for f/o positions and some of the guys have t/rs . who do you think will they consider first knowing training costs for an initial will run up 15-20k$?

here's another point to ponder.are you applying for the atr or airbus? coz if your going for the atr- youll be stuck there till kingdom come.fly the smelly routes while your co-interviewee who had the a320 t/r is getting ready to move to his other airline of choice coz he's got the time on the bus in the bag.

so dude........drop the chicks, sell the car.
and get that t/r!

@nandyg1:

Don't they have min. time reqts as well? I read somewhere that min. TT for A320 is still 1500h so getting a TR without the TT might still get you nowhere unless the situation has indeed changed (has it?).

Can anyone please share the Email Id where I have to send my resume to....

Thanks in advance!!!

Hi. Does having a T/R for a320 still land you a job though you're short of TT? And do they still need a College Degree(AB/BS) though you got the required T/R and TT? Thanks

insert_name 23rd Apr 2012 12:51

What is the chance of Cebu Pacific taking an expat DEC now?

dlx_xlb 28th Apr 2012 06:46

FuturePiloto:

If you are a local (Filipino Citizen) a type rating is not required.. Just the TT and a college degree..

The company pay for the type rating via a bonding system.. Or I suppose you could pay for the type rating yourself and not be bonded.

They are pretty firm regarding the minimum requirements..

TT and college degree..

nandyg1 here's my advice: get a type rating - period

best advise ever... check out the CAAP TR course with AAG

Taras B...that CAE simulator you talk about is sitting in the AAG training centre... the CAE / Cebu training center is under construction and will not be ready until April 2013.

Go to Clark and take a look at the CAE construction site its a long way to go.

AAG is bringing a new A320 CAE sim in Clark in Sept. :ok:
