Great Wall Airlines

I read in Air Cargo website that the trade sanctions on Great Wall Airlines has high chances of being lifted. It is also published in Bloomberg news that high opportunities that the ban may be lifted.

Is there any light into the news? What is the prospects of this defunct airline? Any good?
