Don't go Juneyao Air and China

They keep changing a contract with many reasons
Some are understandable under Covid situations but
even worse.

No Leaves : because Peak season, New captain, IOE

Downgrading FO : To aim at target number on SIM and save money, expats are targeted by them. Fail on SIM CHECK no recheck immediately assigns FO, almost 50 percent pay cut.
Only checkers can be captain forever. Once they are check airmen it will last until they die. KING
Many captains packed their luggage because of this.
This atmosphere will never change, don't expect when there are lack of pilots it would change. Nooooo.

Come on, more than 10 years captain experience they say lack of landing skills or poor descent management ?

Being heard same stories from other Chinese airline also.
China is not a place to live

Bye Bye china
