how do you know they are only hiring asians right now? Can somebody else verify this? I have not heard anything for a month on my initial application but I just expected they put it on hold or was overwhelmed with applications.

They are overwhelmed now. From what I heard, more than 10,000 applications, and there is a limit on the number of expat pilots according to their CAA...so be patient(:

I sent an application directly (never applied through agency) about a little more than a month ago but I haven't heard anything from them. Probably not enough demand for flights to justify hiring nowadays may be?
