VietJet Cadet Program

Hello all:

I'm a CPL and CFII with about 600 hrs currently. There's some issue with my visa so I can't reach 1500 hrs to reach FAA ATPL requirement. The VietJet cadet program is attracted me when I first time to saw. But I also read some replies about the dark side. Just have some concerns to ask if there's anybody who was in this program before:
1: Is that necessary to find an agent to do that? Or airline don't do that program directly with candidates?
2: Is there a guaranteed job offer upon completion of 500 hours "line training"?
3: I heard the pay is very low, does anybody know how low is that? 1000? 2000? 3000? per month?
Appreciate for all helps.
Thanks
