You will be a perfect employee for CP!
Oh, BTW, if you upgrade before the end of the 3 years, you will be required to sign another bond that will run concurrent with the previous one.
Welcome to indentured servitude!

I’m a little confused, so have you already finished your A320 rating in order to get the job?
And now you have to start ground school?
Or do you mean line training?

Can anyone suggest another opportunity globally for a fresh A320 Low timer?
Im not at that stage yet but now considering converting my CPL IR to EASA with a ME and ATPL grounds. I've been scouring online and can't see any opportunities in the EU either. Royal Air Maroc is hiring below 500hrs on the 737NG.
Not found anything tangible when it comes to Easy Jet or Ryan Air.
