Question General Aviation in Brunei - PPL training

Good afternoon

I am moving to Brunei with work in a few months and wish to gain and maintain my PPL whilst in Brunei. I have searched the forums and can see that the Royal Brunei Flying Club ceased to operate around 2011. If anyone knows of any flying instructors or flying clubs in Brunei please can you either post or PM? Im in Brunei for 2 years and hope to fly the 150 hours I need to convert my PPL to EASA and then follow the modular route to an ATPL.

Many thanks

Unhappy

The lack of a reply does not bode well! I live in hope that someone can shine a light on the GA community in Brunei, but it looks likely that my research is correct that there is no longer an opportunity to train for your PPL in country. If this is not the case please PM me or reply to the thread.

Many thanks.
