You have been warned, stay well clear of this outfit and agency. Unless you want to rid yourself of dollars. This company charges pilots with hours on type for a sim check, and even some Captains with many pic hours have paid to join.

There is some dirty business going on between AAG in Philippines and Vietjet.
I initially came to know about AAG after trying to find out more about their A320 type rating program.
They are one of the TRTO/ATO being used by the CAAV and Vietjet to help obtain the A320 rating.
While AAG is a legit organisation who can do the A320 type rating, they have some staff who are "connected" with unofficial 3rd party agencies who claim they can help you get into Vietjet.
The representative from the agency says they will help you with getting a priority interview with Vietjet and help you pass the interview.
If there are any screw ups in the sim assessment they can simply arrange for a re-take. Of course, everything they help you with will cost money.
These guys are charging in excess of $120,000 USD for their services and they claim that you will be paid full FO salary upon completion of your line training unlike other agencies you engage with.
It is very sad but unfortunately corruption is still rampant in Vietnam and Philippines.

There is link on the Vietjet website, under pilot careers, seeking cadet pilots (for anyone who has a CPL/IR/A320 type rating), to join the cadet programme.
Why don't you contact the airline direct and pay them instead!
I don't believe yourself or the person who posted the first message is paying to fly with Vietjet!
If you were, you wouldn't go through the agency but you would contact the airline directly!
Reading previous posts, the fee to pay to fly was about 57K to 60K EUROS.

If you want to pay to fly with Vietjet, then why sign up through an agency (middle man), and pay so much money to strangers?

For most low-hour foreigners, to get an interview requires using corrupted means like going through an "agency" which would have connections with insiders in Vietjet.
There are people in Vietjet management that are linked to these agencies as they would likely receive a cut from the "agency fee".
I have seen some of the whatsapp messages between those who participate in pay to fly at Vietjet and the agency. A few of them are Indians and Koreans, make of it what you will.
The agent who I was introduced to even whipped out his checkbook and showed me the payments made to the account from all these desperate pay to fly muppets.
