G'day folks,
I would like to know, from any senior expat at CAL, what some of the conditions are like.
1) Training process. How long and what's the pay throughout the process?
2) Are expats welcomed or is there animosity between the locals and expats?
3) How are long-haul flights crewed? Double crew, or Capt, F/O and S/O?
4) Credit for bunk-time?
5) Confirmed Business Class ticket home. Reality, or ???
6) Retirement age for airline?
7) Do expats tend to stay? Do contract renewals happen or not?
8) Local F/O's Reporting expat Capts for everything or generally getting along?
9) Typical "all in" monthly renumeration, block hours, etc?
