Let´s look at the numbers.
-24.000$ entry fee, then...
12x 3000$ salary + 450$ housing allowance.
So the company are getting a captain for 1450$ monthly salary. Before tax.
There is a lesson in there. May it be listened to and well understood by everyone who might consider signing up with a flight school and pay for his license...

Guess it is the Lion Air upgrade program... 3000$ + 450$ during training until released to the line, then it raises to 6000$ + 800$ and there is a travel allowance also. It's a 5 years contract and at years 4 and 5 you are doing 9000$, paid in USD. Remember this a commuting contract, 8 weeks on 2 weeks off. If I'm not wrong those $24k will be repaid at the end of the contract.
Minimuns are 3000TT with 1000h as FO on 737NG or EFIS... and the $24k for sure

This scheme has scam written all over it
The pay on offer is what an entry level Indian FO makes with an airline in India.
There is a huge shortage of Captains in India so any Indian FO with an ATPL and minimums to upgrade to Captain will easily find jobs with any growing airline in India. So obviously does not make sense for an Indian FO to take such an offer
Then the question needs to be asked who is this scheme for ?
Is it for a foreign FO ?
That wont be possible because Indian DGCA does not allow foreigners or expats to fly for an Indian airline as a First Officer.
Foreign Captains need minimum 500 hours on type as PIC in order to be given the permission by DGCA to fly as a Captain in India
Anybody else still wants to believe that this offer is genuine ?
