Philippine typhoon
Hi, have seen on TV that Phil Air Force has only one serviceable C130 for aid.
It's now 5 days since the typhoon and I can't help but think that the Yanks could have had Tacloban full of C130's by now, and desal, radar, satcom and generator trailers on line, food in and people out.
Is it the Phil government delaying so that they can show their own armed forces helping first, or what's the story with the delays to aid?
