To train commercial pilots, Chinese aviation firm Haite Group to build training center in Singapore at cost of US$80 million. Where are the FSTDs coming from? No announcements from any of the manufacturers (yet).

China has many surplus sims.. they will relocate them to SIN. SQ & MI will not touch them. Only options are Tiger & Jet*
