That's anyone's guess.
Two hours for the interview. Don't even know how many rounds they plan to conduct.
My guess would be, basics of flight. But it could be more of an aptitude or personal interview.

Zexus now Oriel
Update on Zexus. Then CEO W. Kurup of Zexus has quit Zexus to become CEO of ORIEL AVIATION.
Oriel is based in Delhi and headed by Mr Inder preet Singh. They have reportedly applied for an NOC.
Zexus in the meantime has left a trail of bad debt. It seems the Company was advertising for pilots and charging them an "advance fee" that was used as operating capital and for Director wages. In fact it was simply a pyramid scheme whereby pilots that eventually realised the charade got paid back by the money of "new" recruits.

Quite a few did lose money. Their offices are now closed and last I heard there was an investigation in process. Kurup has denied everything as saying it was his eartswhile previous partners (kaushik) that perpetrated the indiscretion and that he (Kurup) had left the outfit and was now with Orient. The plot thickens.
