Air India taking candidates from IGRUA

In the current situation, is it fair that Air India takes cpl candidates only from IGRUA. Some people might say that Air India has invested in IGRUA. I would like to ask them this question. Where did the money for bailing out Air India come from - TAX PAYERS. How many Tax Paying CPL holders are there in the market 4000-5000. How many are there in IGRUA, maybe 50-100.

I cannot comment, and do not wish to, on whether it is fair or not that AI take in pilots from IGRUA only.

I can say, however, that historically AI are known to favor IGRUA graduates. Most of the folks who go there have an 'assurance of success' if you know what I mean...

No use ranting and rambling. These are the realities of modern day life...

All the best.
