I would like nothing more for you to be employed and achieve your career ambitions. Unfortunately , you are having tunnel vision and not looking at the full picture here.
These companies are in it to exploit and replace you with the next guy willing to pay them, there is little requirement for new crew. I have been in this industry long enough to see a scam from a mile away , a reputable company will never ask you to pay anything , they might bond you for a period and amortize that amount over your tenure
Have you even been to manila ? If I were you I would be visiting them
Have a look at their fleet, ask about their safety. standards . Ask them how much you will fly a month? Ask them what you will do if your work permit gets revoked? Them I suggest you follow up with CAAP, is this an approved training scheme ? Do they have an AOC to conduct this sort of training ? What are the instructors like? What happens if you fail a line check ? What happens off they deem you need more sessions in the sim ?
These are the questions you should be asking yourself, I annoy trying to put you down, just keep your options open and think outside the box when it comes to finding work , don't go and pay the first company thT offers you a sketchy deal !
