EVA Bonus!!!
Where's our bonus!!!
They've already told us this is their best year ever, already, 5 months left to go, and there's no let up, except for the fact that everyone is out of hours. CI has had 2 months bonus, CX has had 2 weeks on an untaxed half yearly revenue, we've had nothing!!!
Lots of Nationals going to the mainland for double the money, more days off. Lots more to follow. This place has it's head firmly in the sand.
Blinkers are on, what happening tomorrow.

Bonus were only for locals in China Airlines...
The "incentive" bonus for expatriates were one at the end of 2009 and the other two month ago.
Less than 3 years in CAL: U$D 300 before tax (U$D246 net)
Btn 3 to 5 years in CAL: U$D 400 before tax
more than 5 years in CAL: U$D 500 before tax
Locals get an additional basic salary in January, plus safety bonus in March and another additional basic salary plus the incentive bonus two month ago.
This is the way China Airlines is caring about the few expats who remain in the company...
