Question china spring airline

Anybody hear an A320 captain's job offer at China spring airline?
I can not find any advertising the job on their and agent websites.
I just heard from grapevine that they pay USD 13500 + fuel saving bonus $3500 per month,so total$17000 per month.
Is it true?

I'm always concerned about these Fuel Saving bonuses. You have to save it in some way in order to make the bonus viable.
Options to save fuel - Direct routings, Correct loading and pax distribution, Optimum flight level according to flight plan. Any more???
How does an A320 glide these days?

Recently I hear a lot about this "Fuel Saving Bonus", anybody knows how that really works?

Do you need to take Min Fuel on all sectors to get the bonus?

The individual fuel saving bonus was made illegal in the US in the 1970ies when guys started shutting down engines in flight (not on a twin, though, 727 etc.)

Spring Airline is advertising a very rich package for A320 expat Captains and I would appreciate any feedback from recent interviewees or newhires into that position...I know that they have been interviewing recently and am curious to know if the promises and the contract live up to the advertisement?
