Hey Guys
Whats up with this thread, almost 99% of all your posting show clear signs of bad grammer, really bad spelling errors, poor punctuation, and a level of understanding of the English language that would make me fearfull of sitting in the back of any aircraft that most of you would fly .. bearing in mind, that English is the language of aviation there is no excuse for what I am reading
If what I am reading here is the level of English used by "professionals" flying with Cebu Pacific and from the opinions being expressed ... it is very obvious that most of you are in the 10-14 age group and really need to grow up
hahahaha hey do you know the word dictionary? you must be on a wrong forum so knock it off. and by the way how do spell your name? fleym? flaim? like GRAMMER? hahahaha lol

A classic case of the pot calling the kettle black
sic, sic, sic! Wrong usage of punctuation, wrong spelling, no punctuation mark, subject-verb disagreement, punctuation marks where there should be none, no punctuation mark where there should be one, awkward syntax. So where does that place you? In the 6-10 age group?
Everytime a Cebu Pac pilot touches down, he'll be reminded of you. You know, that "Retard, Retard" callout.

Pay/Allowance
Wow, pay is good! How much allowance do you receive monthly (net)?
Pay = Wife/Family , Allowance = Sports activity
See u around. (joke lang)

OT: Aspiring to be a pilot, which school to enroll to?
Hi everyone!
I also aspire to be an airline pilot someday.
Which flying school do you recommend that I enroll to aside from PAL Av and CA? I've crossed out PAL Av since they would not open a new batch anytime soon and CA being new with their PPL+CPL program.
I want to enter the airlines here in the Philippines. Would training with other av schools in the Philippines affect my chances of making it to the airlines (are the airlines biased to some schools)? Does PAL heavily prioritize their graduates? Is getting an airline sponsorship from Cebu Pacific the only way to enter CebuPac?
Thanks!

JG revenues? also training in USA or in Phil?
@ St. Ex - what do you mean by JGSummer Revenues?
@ all - Would like to know from those in the airline industry here in the Philippines? Is it an advantage for the airline companies here in the phil if a fil citizen would have an FAA license compared to a CAAP License. Eventually I would be converting it though to a CAAP. Planning to study in Flightsafety or ATP abroad.

Smooth Operator... i'm in a similar position to you and would be interested to hear the situation. Would be happy working for Cebu - my mother is Filipino and seems like a good airline.
However for my 2 cents worth - been monitoring the situation for a while... one website (PilotRecruitmentCenter) says they won't hire till 2012 (also has the name of the Chief Pilot also) and my general assumption is they have links with the local flight schools like Clark Aviation where they take on their MPL cadets. Also they take their Filipino citizens first (understandable) - so unless you have a Filipino passport/residency, then I think your chances are slim. I spoke to someone in Phil about recruitment and they suggested, pay-to-fly can also happen in Phil. That said, seen seen much of the same criteria mentioned with other airlines in Asia before i.e residency/hours etc and have seen/heard many people achieve employment by turning up on the doorstep and knocking on the door - seems to be the way in Asia.
Obviously interested to hear other thoughts and the official line.

There are Pilot Positions at CEB
Starskate,
Yes, there is (now) a Contractor handling recruitment for CEB - i.e. Contractair - see and check (always at) Flightglobal magazine 'Jobs' and you can find a lot.
Hope this help.
