let me shTaHrt with 320 cheap. let me give you a bkground....his father was not any darned good as well, thats why Dey called him enday. like jaime lee curtis except the first one is sufficient...this old FART used to bully the first officer and the engineer in the 747 200, I SHOULD KNOW, WE HAVE FRIENDS WITH CABIN CREW IN PR RIGHT?? and worse part is he would embarrass them and tsismis them behind their backs...yes... like a girl, ... AND he was abusing his power. then after he became a retardate at the age of 60, he joined PHILIIPPINE AIRLINES aviation school, the same time cheap pia mountain was a trainee,....COINCIDENCE???
so this cheap is what IT is for the tree that IT came from is rotten... and i will say again and i know this that CHEAP is very jelous for people like EXPATULA who made it big, and for the other pilots who leave bupak. does IT have the right or does anybody have the right to vehemently say bad things about them..?? this ahole intervenes and somehow gets this poor guy out of the training class...he made a story that the instrument rating of rm was fake!!!

dnt mind my psts hir... but read thru dem and xpect that there are SOME pilots here that r reali dirt cheap!... a lot of dem r also RESENTFUL., in pinoy parlance matampuhing ungoy....if u forgot to greet them, or esp if you dont greEt them then the will make you knock your head...
just endemic insecurities of SOME...one is just ol, ex airforce, used to be captain in dc 9, demoted to first officer kasi he already hit a gound object in the engine, was dragging the debris around bacolod airport , and still wanted to hide the incident and take off with the plane.....knw what, remove ur unifrm, go to a drug store, i myt gv u 20 pesos, to buy acid and wash your mouth

sir, i speak out of my first hand experience with the chief. maybe so do you, i would not know... if the chief failed you, or someone you hold dear, in your training, then i feel sorry for you. but i'm sure he did it with good reason.
the chief actually did not release me on my first check ride, it was a "lousy" crosswind landing and i didn't recognize that i was above the glide slope. i admit this and he wrote it on my grade slip. he also briefed the tri i was to fly with regarding my deficiencies prior to my re-check. when he briefed the tri about my deficiencies i was not there, the tri just told me. did the chief talk behind my back, i guess he did but that's what instructors do. instructors brief each other on their students' progress,weaknesses, and "dangerous characteristics". i eventually got my recheck and passed, got an s+ and i'm happy as a puppy!
i was a former fi over at the bay area and every friday afternoon us instructors would go to our watering hole and talk about our students. we discussed their progress,weaknesses, and "dangerous characteristics". did we speak behind their backs? WE SURE DID! it's not easy being an fi, everyday we put our licenses on ther line, you never know if the guy in the other seat is gonna kill you.
we had this one guy who was a great hand flyer but just couldn't do ifr, and he had an "attitude problem" because he would never admit it. i never released him but he somehow manage to get an faa checkairman to sign him off...a few months later on a foggy afternoon, this same guy winds up on the side of mount diablo. i feel sorry for him but he was a complete idiot.
in the atr we got 72 souls at the back, on the bus, double that. if a tri will not trust his family with you then he will not release you for solo, less he have sleepless nights...
now i think i'm entitled to a few questions...you definitely are not from the atr div, the chief has not flunked anyone ...yet. airbus? but he has not flown the bus in more than a year...anyone fail in the bus recently?

I was with CP for a long time and we loved everybody especially the "originals"..like ol rj..we guys have to find the ability and the skill to look for their 'kiliti". And we worked harmoniously,..minsan nag aasaran in a happy manner..but it was that kind of culture that the other airline crews envied about. The rumors, we only hear at old DV or over a bottle of booz anywhere else but it stops there. On the job, we strived hard to practice professionalism. Bad experiences are just to remind you of what to do next time same thing happens. We don't bad mouth anyone much more conduct hate campaigns. But what is happening now with that culture? It looks like CebPak has scraped the bottom of the pan that new people have no idea about the oldies there have undergone in fully supporting and uplifting CebuPackers identity during the hard and trying times. I guess you should conduct indoctrination with your new guys regarding the nice atmosphere and respect to all people there in the company.

In Philippines mostly new pilots or pilots applying for the airline is scared to reach theses people. you know why? simple they can't afford! but why cant we reached them? pilots who are trying to achieve there goals can't walk like them cant' talk like them and don't have a face like them but they can learn from them. there should be a change and this change will start from all off us especially higher captains.
notice this new airline pilots, these captains went through a lot some have change and some have not but one thing for sure is that you would never know who would hit you at the back. and they still kept an eye on you outside the premises.

the plot thickens!
i like it here in bupak, never a dull moment and the ca's look great! well i've been asking around and looks like only one pilot most probably really at the chief and capt cp. whatever he posted later about other guys was just to cover his tracks. could he be another mgt. pilot? then that would make him the CHEAPEST PILOT OF THEM ALL!!!!!!!

damn good day at golf.......!! except i lost 10,000 PESOS for the bet for a birdie!!
but, thinking about the size of cheap's birdy, ......(based on the way they bully to make it look big....)...am HAPPY ENOUGH!!

a management pilot is designed to be sharp.... he will always get an S + on the assesment even if he aborts a take off right after V1,
and is anybody familiar with the fat lard joe castle in air philippines, another bully moron in management...good thing he is now a retardate...can he fly, can he teach, well, he can lick the ass of his boss.
what about red in pay mumo in pal, another tondo bully, buts ends up in management...always gets into a fight, fighting in school grounds,in the parking lot,,fighting his lady classmate the alluring and charming miss gladys and great gentleman hubby, sharp flier decent human being ....pilots should be like this couple, nice to fly with, just cool dudes

I've been reading the posts lately and I can't wait for my "idols" to react and give some insights...
I want to refresh you with lessons in HISTORY, POLITICS, MANAGEMENT, EVOLUTION, PSYCHOLOGY, LEADERSHIP, AGRICULTURE, NATURAL LAW, WAR, INFORMATION, INTELLIGENCE, ECONOMICS , RECOMMENDATION, REJECTION and etc....
1. PEOPLE who did not learn their HISTORY are deemed to repeat it...
2. BAD POLITICS and POOR MANAGEMENT are good elements of a "MONKEY BUSINESS".
3. "MONSTER" is the last stage of a "MONKEY".
4. "EGOTISTIC ATTITUDE" is a behavioral problem. A form of weakness or "strength in disguise".
5. "INEPTITUDE" or "LACK OF DISCIPLINE" are common signs of a WEAK LEADERSHIP. Sino ba?
6. "YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW". "MAASIM" ang "HILAW", kaya "MAGDUSA KAYO".
7. "WATER SEEK ITS OWN LEVEL". The same true with HUMAN BEINGS.
8. WAR can be won in the mind and spirit thru knowledge of INFORMATION. (With due respect from Bro SKY.)
9. "LITTLE KNOWLEDGE IS A VERY DANGEROUS THING". It is the same with "EXPERIENCE".
10. When you have much of everything, you've reached your level of "MARGINAL UTILITY" or "INUTIL KA NA". Synonimous to ayaw ko na sa iyo, sawa na ako, break na tayo, maghanap na ng iba, palitan na kita, boaring ka na, ... etc... Pwede ba ako na lang and uupo dyan...sa...tabi...mo...
11. On Recommendation. Can I recommend my "IDOLS".
12. On Rejection. My "IDOLS" don't want "PROBLEMS" only "DOLLARS". Therefore, rejection to the offer...Ako na lang kaya...please...
Etc...This is just to lighten this thread...the inability to process the information is your problem...access is on "need to know" basis only...but...KISS MUNA!!!

btw, going back to cheap inday, .... after pal avschool, he was flying the ultra light, and on take off, inday loses an engine.... do you remember what the procedure was for engine failure after take off....??? LAND STRAIGHT AHEAD.....guess what inday did...?
HE ATTEMPTED TO TURN BACK TO THE FIELD!!! what an idiot!!! and he escaped with minor injuries to the body, but not in the HEAD. .....
