The structure is shaking. Some hide , some avoid and others show signs of despair . At least we talk . Bye for now.

You Are Part Of This Alvega. Maybe The Passive One, But Still Part Of It. I Agree, We Should Get Together To Discuss About The Pay Rise That Didn't Come, The Housing Allowance, The Tickets Policy That They Came With Now, And Perhaps Call A Meeting With The Ceo And Tell Him Our Position, Of Maybe Grounding The Acfts If They Don't Show Some More Respect With The Pilots. But My Question Is? Do You Have Balls To Do That? How Many That You Know Have? Or You Will Give The Same Excuse: Oh, Nobody Wil Do It! I Think That These Are The Issues We Should Be Discussing, Not Even Here, At Our Association. Ah, But We Don't Have One. That's Maybe Where All The Problems Begin. But Instead, Some Low Fo's Like The Ones We See Here Are Using This Space To Highlight What Goes Inside The Company. Is This A Man's Attitude? You Should Be Sorry For Them, Mr. Because I'm Only Replying What They Say. And Perhaps Feel Sorry For Yourself Also, Who Does Nothing To Make It Better. AND BESIDES, I WANT TO KNOW HOW MANY OF YOU THAT DON'T AGREE WITH THE VPFO, OR CP, ARE MAN ENOUGHT TO GO THERE AND TELL THEM, OR EVEN WRITE DOWN WHAT YOU WRITE IN HERE, SIGN AND SUBMIT TO FLT OPS. IM SURE YOU WON'T BE JEOPARDIZED, BECAUSE THERE ARE NO PORTUGUESE THERE, FORTUNATELLY. I THINK YOU ARE ALL OLD ENOUGH TO PUT YOUR NAME UNDER WHAT YOU WRITE, INSTEAD OF HIDDING OURSELVES UNDER NICKNAMES THAT YOUR CHILDREN WOULD CHOOSE BETTER ONES. AND YOU CALL YOURSELVES CAPT????? COME ON...ONLY IN AIR MACAU YOU ARE SO CALLED CAPT!!!!! LIKE YOU SAID, I FEEL SORRY FOR YOU GUYS.

just watch in Middle East "FLY SAMA" have started with all Brasillians Samba pilots by hiring only Brasillians, because the top managements are Brasillians, it will end up just like AIR MACAU

Devil Exorbitant Price

Bustrash, Please be nice to our colleague. I admit that there may be room for "DoctorDoctor to improve his English. But so do all of us, since English is not our mother tongue, and neither of us, which I believe, is a lingual professor. We should indeed appreciate that he has a gut to state what he thought.

Back to the thread, as a professional commercial pilot, I would like to point out a few things, which are professionalism and emotionalism. It is very difficult for me to accept the fact that Capt. "A" actually physically assaulted his co-pilot right before all the airport staff, flight attendants and pax at the airport. Don't forget we are professional mate. All the pax lives are depended on our sense of professionalism. What had the co-pilot had done to Capt. "A"? Did the co-pilot sleep with his wife? Did the co-pilot kill his whole family including the rats at his home? The answer is "No". So why did Capt. "A" take an unnecessary move to embarrass himself, his own race and all pilots in the rest of the world? Although the aviation market nowadays is favorable to us, do you really think other airlines will be crazy enough to take someone who can't even able to manipulate his own emotion? I am sorry Capt. "A" you may have jeopardized your aviation career. Losing your own licenses may be the "price" you have to pay for it.

It is very sad to see that this may be a consequence for Capt. "A". Since he has devoted his entire life in aviation and tried very hard to reach a position as a captain in airlines. But I believe this is a very reasonable ending for anyone being brutal.

I am here to pledge that Chinese pilots are not sand bags or cattle. We are no different from other aviators in the rest of the world. We do have to work our ass-off in order to get jobs in airlines. We do have to travel to different countries to accumulate our flying experiences just like Capt. "A" or whoever. We may not have what you boys so called "Heavy turboprop or Jet Experience" But don't forget where you come from. Who doesn't start with C-152/ PA28-161 when they first got their aviation careers rolling? We are just a group of aviators, which is not as lucky as you boys, having enormous amount of opportunities to build up experiences in various types of aircraft in a well-established general aviation industry, where back in your countries.

Chinese pilots are not stupid, but indeed we are being humble and polite. I am here to urge you all, please don't humiliate your own races anymore by acting like plumper asses/ racists and be globalists.

Air Macau Pilot,

That was a pathetic post, I do not know if you are a Chinese, but you want people reading your post to believe you are one.

So if you think that the argument that led to a fight between the Chinese F/O and the Brazilian Captain was race related, then you are totally wrong, and you are just creating more unnecessary hate among your fellow Chinese pilots towards the foreigners.

So what are you trying to achieve here? Chinese pilots are not sand bags? We got that part... don't forget that your current VPFO is a Chinese, your next CP to be very soon is a Chinese , every Chinese Captain is being promoted into Instructor regardless of their seniority or skills.

I'm sorry Air Macau Pilot, looks like the Chinese have it better than others, so stop complaining....

Gentlemen,

The stench of this unfortunate event has already travelled far enough as it is. Let's all show some dignity and self respect and have this issue closed once and for all. Enough is enough.

SIVAM - "show some respect with the pilots"? How much respect you think we deserve? Pilots fighting at the terminal means management, customers, and Macao people now have no respect for NX pilots. Now we all lose points on our CV, and you ask for respect? You are crazy.

Plus all the QAR events I have seen/heard by Captains and FOs, and all the pilots with "you are a piece of s@&t" attitude on the flight deck.... I have never seen so many crazy people make such big % in one airline. Are you proud of NX and the people in it? On average, the pilots show the same problems and motivation as the rest of this great company.

Even if the FO in the fight said something, is this excuse to hit him at the airport? This Capts affair was no secret - the cabin crew talk about it for months, so why not hit all of them as well? The Capt was very stupid to (a) have affair in small country Macau, (b) with cabin crew, (c) at airport (d) in uniform. If you want to defend this Capt, or make life difficult for this FO, be careful.

A pattern?

Hmmm interesting. This morning I walked into a crew flat to report that the car was back, and was attacked, completely unprovoked, by a (guess!) Brazialian pilot! I had an argument with this guy, as I happened to believe that fuel is important. (landing with 1300 pounds, struck me as insane, in fact) but that was in December and I havenīt seen or talked to him since......sick puppies, these macho Brazilians. I think I will strike the country off my holiday list!

5 stitches later......wondering what our wonderful management is planning to do with this guy!??

Probably promote him!
