How's Asiana A320 contracts?

Looking for info's about Asiana's package for DEC on A320s? what's good and what's not so good? Lifestyle in Korea? Advantages there than most other asian airlines? Need all the help I can get..thanks.

8 Dayoffs, I Or 2 Standbys At Home, 3 Or 4 Layover Flights, About 10 Quickturn Flights To Japan And China(day Or Overnight), 2 Or 3 Domestic Flights(4 Or 5 Legs Of 1 Hour Flight). No Respect For Pilots Especially From The Cabin Crew. Pilot Suggestions, Complaints Mostly Ignored. Most Of The Expats Leave After 3 Or 4 Years. Rare Upgrade For Expats. Rostering Very Harsh Finishing One Day At 11 Pm Having To Show Up 7 Am Next Morning. Seoul Is A Expensive City. International Schools Are Very Expensive And They Do Not Pay For Your Kid. If You Are Young And Single Or Have No Kids, Welcome! Otherwise, Well...
