The agency I've signed with e-mailed me today asking me to apply for the Jet position, so something is going on. Maybe their ramping up for next year?

Jet

Presently Jet does not have the permission to fly to the US. That is a big hold up in the operation plus two of the Ethihad pricks in the wall. Stay away until the bad apple is out of the basket. It was good there and it is a fact that it takes just one guy to screw to climate totaly. March is not a date anymore for delivery and April is as well canned. Make out of it what you want but I would not put my hand up for it in this stage. The Sahara deal felt thru and just this week a Court ruling freed the Escrow account for Jet´so they got the deposit for the deal back. That helps to lower the cost but the lost domestic market shares of almost 20% in two year is a challenge as well. It is more complex to grow from a regional operator to a global one then place some order to Chicago and Toulouse. As quoted in a earlier threat the newly appointed man in the ranks does not built confidence that it is a desirable company. It is up to the man and woman there to get rid of him asap for theire own sake and future. On the other side there are obstacles in the operation due to the outdated DGCA regulation. The growth is faster then 5 years ago ever expected. It is time as well for the regulator to pick up the pace and grow as well. Some regulation ar outdated and instead of changing the regulation or simply delete some outdated parts they DGCA grants excemptions from the present rule. That can be canceled every time and the excemption is not a good base to put a foot on. It can be granted one day and to one operator. The next day another operator wants the same he has to apply for another excemption of the outdated rule and that costs time and money and when the permission is granted the situation is changed and sometime not worth anymore to persue. The Aviation act needs to be changed to the needs of Aviation in India in the 21th Century and not backdated in the late 19th Century anymore. That will take time and the grow is not stopping. Just try this: Change a wheel on a car who makes about 120 km/hr, 65mph, and you cannot stop it but the tire is flat..... that is how Indian Aviation is moving.

Thanks NG

Didn't know the US flights were not approved yet...

I thought the flight ops/special projects mgr doing the 777 intro was ex-Air India? Seemed to be a nice guy and professional.

Hi Ng. Well read your mail with dismay so they are both there are they......... screwing up ? I can assure you that myself and a few of my colleagues and pals, especially ex- Etihad wont go anywhere near Jet until they have gone. Does he take his side-kick with him everywhere? Surely Jet must know what they have taken on............. I think the whole of Aviation knows the Etihad story surely their Managers are not so naieve.

Angry

Its only fair that the names of these two be made known so that other fellow pilots dont fall prey to such p****s and avoid airlines that employ them.

I was more interested in what they have done rather than who they were. Does it affect training, hiring, safety, living accommodations, workload, moral – everything?

They always stay together. Do a search on Etihad, go back about a year and half, and it explains it all. There are lots of people back in AUH that are looking forward to seeing them again somewhere for a little reunion.

Everyone knows these two ..........s to be the a..................s of Aviation, so what are Jet thinking of by taking them, What do they expect to gain........ I think Jet have enough problems didnt they loose dosh to Air Sahara, they certainly could be about to loose a bit more and you are right they travel in pairs only. Cannot screw people on their own. ex - cops I hear ........... although not
100% sure where I heard

Hello has anyone taken advantage of the European basing with Jet Airways? If so how's it going?

Can anyone expand further on the trouble these 2 guys from EY have caused in the past? I tried a search but had no luck in reading anything.......juicy!

Cheers

Just got a call today with more bad news: Capt. Gustav Baldauf is leaving next month and the B777 is mostlikely a canned project. The A330 will go ahead, I just wonder why. Another Asian Carrier is interested to take the slots of the 10 Aircraft on order who has allready some B777īs. The field is then free for the two specialists. Letīs see how south JETAIRWAYS goes. Mr Goyal did not imagine what headache he got.

Thats bad news for Jet,Gustav is an excellent guy.Where is he going? Why are the 777's being shelved, lack of experienced type rated Boeing pilots available?

TO the previous post; Can you confirm that WB has been run out or departed from Jet already.
I will sit and enjoy a drink tonight knowing that peice of s&é" has had to leave another company. He is such worthless asshole and i had hoped that somehow he might have dissapeared somewhere in the bowels of some dark place in India.
Maybe now some people from Etihad might consider positions with jet knowing that he is not there?
Good luck Jet

Question Emirates

Maybe that's where EK got their additional 7 B777 to fill the gap regarding A380 delays. ??

If the rumors are tru and Jet is looking for experienced TRE on the 330 -let me know. If the psychos are still there do not even think about to apply.
