7SEX7, chill bro!

I ve been following this guy's thread for many a month. What you said 'bout him is true.

Maybe we just ignore him, maybe he will go away but become an aviator he will never. Poor guy,may his soul dwells well in his body.

Cheers

Rule35,7sex7,
I do not intend to start a flaming war. It's my way of encouraging young aspirants. If my method does not agree with yours then I bow to your superior method.

Have flown 18000+ hours mainly on 3/4 engine jets. Will be retiring soon but wish to see enthusiastic young guys get the break that I did. fch has made some outrageous posts but that doesn't mean he won't learn and be a good pilot. I would rather have a smartass co-pilot than a smartass captain.

fhc,

you kept on proving that you are still a kid...

the rest...satumare plse comment...we were all in your shoe once...but were not that kiddish laa...if you really want to be a pilot....go and open the books man, rather than just browsing this website...remember this is just a RUMOUR network...

Get some basic knowledge first, then you can really understand wats going on here...rather than trying to learn everything from here.

I can see you are really motivated,MASTAKe 's advice is good, but to become a pilot...an fATPL alone is not enuff...you need a lot of sense...a lot of feeel...this is not a job for bookworms with 2 inch glasses.

Passing MISPA isnt about how smart you are....its more about logical thinking...from your writeups,I can see you jump into a lot of conclusions....thats a disaster in making for pilots, write based on facts n not feelings...

IDRIS JALA's name might be funny...but,its not for you to make fun of...wat else to say he might be your future boss. And if you feel its funny, plse keep it to yourself...he is there to save a ship that has sunk long ago...

Your two previous posts sounds like you are still bitter.
If a wise and older man points out our mistake,a good young wise man to-be will take it gracefully.
He will say sorry gracefully and try to make himself a better person.
If one's dad give good advise, one will rethink his action and improve on it.
One will not try justify his past action after he say he is sorry.
In a Crude way, after saying you are sorry after which do no say anything else.
A person at 19 may have all the future with him. Do not bust it.

aiyoo... and what was this thread all about..
Just a bit of advice mr FHC...there are guys on these threads who have seen it all...the good and the worse of times in aviation.Being a smart aleck won't help, more so when you are just starting in this profession.Making fun of IJ who is trying to clean up and turn around your future employer(maybe) is i feel,a big no-no.Btw,before you start asking who the hell am i,well,i was with MAS for a paltry 14 years before i saw the light....
All i hope for is that IJ gets the proper people to get the job done to turn around mas,and also get rid of the idiots which have been hanging on too long doing bugger all for the company.
If after all the changes and the turn around does not come, well,my old friends, you can always come to another place which you will always keep discovering or even see how we shine.... ...or is it now be treated as a guest??

typical lack of CRM behaviour

hi fh chiang n 7sex7
u guys r displaying typical old school pilot mentality
before the advent of CRM.
come on....
7sex7..wit ur experience n wisdom, why take any serious notice
of a young hot head.
fh chiang..unless u change ur ways..ur gonna be one unhappy
copilot or a long time.. n after that probably a bitchy capt
ur gonna have to deal wit people u have to wok wit criticising ur actions n ways on a daily basis reagardless whether it is justified or not.
u sure u wanna be a pilot???

co-pilot

You are all of 18 years old, seriously myopic, smart alecky and disrespectful. It's alright to not know a lot about aviation at your age. But to mask your insecurity with a cocky attitude is downright stupid, even suicidal.

Being on this board for almost 2 years does not make you a pilot.

You still know jack **** about flying.

And worse still, you have no respect for those you will come into contact with.

If you don't already know, working in Malaysia, most of the time getting along with your seniors is more important than knowing how to do your job.

You have none of the above 2 skills. How long do you think you will last once you become a second officer?

And lastly, I hope for your sake that fhchiang is not any part of your real name. If it is, you are really screwed.

Good luck.

Good luck.

i'm screwed hahahaha

what most of you say are reasonable and true. i will definately buck up on that.

i have nothing against anyone who tell me something reasonable and advice me............

but i hate it when someone FLAMES... you see, giving advice and flaming is DIFFERENT... i hope some of you could understand this....

what i am not happy previously was 7sex7 just kept flaming and never actually point out where's the problem.. he just kept flaming.. and i am left in the DARK over and over again .... get what i mean?.............just read up.... what 7sex7 has posted before is all flaming.... did he actually said something useful(this is what i'm not happy about)? if only had he not flame and give ACTUAL advice.... i wouldn't have counter-flame him........

maybe it's us human..... when there's a fight.. it's ALWAYS the new kid who started it........ well.. if this is true,i can only apologize.

as a matter of fact, i don't have any dicipline problem in school nor at college, i respect my teachers and take their advice......
i think the main difference is that my TEACHER did not FLAME.

to capture one's heart and respect, you need to be good with words....

GO HOME TO YOUR MUMMY FOR THAT!!
Noone need to capture your heart, you're lucky to get advises online FREE!!Earn it like a man, with dignity, professionalism and mostly a good online attitude since we don't meet in person. In the real world,we've to take critiscism, flames even insult with cool head. Moreover,in aviation. I remembered one old timer asked me this when I was his copilot: "If i was shot in the head and my brain splatted all over you, just ignore me and land the plane safely". Now what so big deal with a bit of flamming?

What has this got to do with flaming??

that sounded to me as quite true, After all, pilots are suppose to protect the lives of every passenger on board inlcuding cabin crews.......
if i was told that.. i don't feel insulted at all..... so why relate it to flaming?

I will be very reasonable to people who are reasonable... BUt i WILL TRY to be reasonable to people whom are not.....

i know i'm very unpopular here.... but i will still strive to get my message across.

"what some of you said about me is true and i appreciate for pointing it out."

yes, making fun of IJ's name is not correct...more so if i'm thinking of joing his company...and i'm really sorry for THAT.....

"But i just couldn't agree with flaming and insults".....during your early days, did u get INSULTS or FLAMING from your captains? OR you get GOOD Advice, and Constructive Criticism from them?

A PILOT with Professionalism WOULDN'T RESORT TO Flaming and Insult.....
____________________________________________________________ _________________________________________________

"you're stupid, you're worst than a XXX, get outta here " (this is insult and flaming and Pointless CRITISCISM)

"please buck up....... you should do this that this that........ hope you don't repeat it next time"(this is some advice and some constructive critiscism)

I hope some of you can see the difference between those two statments
____________________________________________________________ ___________________________________________________

IF i'm close to retirement and tell u guys that, FLAMING and INSULT is not the right way, would the reaction be different?

Or had I not Counter-Flame Against 7sex7(all yer buddys) Would the reaction be different when i tell u guys INSULT and FLAMING is not correct

____________________________________________________________ _____________

i realise that after this post.. i will be even more unpopular.. but i guess it can't be help.... i just need to point out something...
