DGCA residential address change query
 

Hello guys,
I had undergone my class 2 medicals last year at my previous residence although now I have moved out.
I will be receiving it by post shortly from DGCA, Delhi.
I do not want it to go my old place.
How can I let DGCA know my new address?

I tried calling and emailing them but to no avail.

After some research, I came across this amendment form from their website which I have attached below.
However the instructions are not clear i.e, whether I should e-mail or send it via post, and to which address etc.

Is this the right procedure, just to confirm?
Can anyone here provide me with clear instructions of what needs to be done.

Can anyone who has had their records (name, date of birth, address, etc) changed at DGCA Delhi please tell me how to go about it ? Anything?

They are reluctant to answer the phone and totally unresponsive to any e-mail.
