You can consider International Aero Academy from Lakeland Florida. They have quite a number of Indian students so they should be familiar with DGCA requirements. Of course its best you do your homework and know exactly how many hours you need. Most of their student are able to finish with 6 months or so. But it really depends on how prepared you are and how much work you want to put in. If you show up prepared to take all the written tests, you spend less time in ground school and more time flying.
