Cadetship all over the world

Hi mates,
This is from Hong Kong with HKID only.
I wonder if we can only apply KA & CX only?
not for any other cadetship all over the world?

seem they require specific nationality & age.

Yea we started slow, really slow..

Btw to your topic, It seems like Qatar do recruit cadets, INTERNATIONALLY, but you have to pay for it....
