Appeal to all Indian aviators .

I am one of you who have spent 30 lacs rupees choosing commercial pilot as career. We all know, aware of employment scenario. We all had a dream of working in airline, living up good life but this seems far away. We are left unemployed after spending huge amount and paying back bank loan.
This is initiative taken by small group of people from community.

Would just like to add that every Indian national who holds a pilot license(DGCA or foreign license) must be given a shot at a job as flight crew.The conversion process from foreign CPL to DGCA CPL is too long and expensive.
