Pay difference between cpp and deso
Hi all,
Could you let me know, what is the difference in pay between a deso and a cpp cadet upon graduation and flying as an s/o? My understanding is that the cpp does not get any housing. Is this a permanent fixture or will they receive and housing later on in their career? Also will the cpp cadets ever equal the deso in terms of total remuneration (housing + salary) or will the deso always get more? Thank you Flyboy84 |
Is that for the entire duration of your flying career with the airline?

Has anyone got details of other differences between CPP and DESO?
Wondering if cadets get upgraded to JFO at the same point as a DESO would or do they typically spend more time as a SO. Also, am I right in saying the whole training process for CPP is about 2 years from start to being checked to Line on type? Cheers Blah |

slightly confused
i'm confused, as stated by Oscargolfindia about the benefits... I thought local crew have staff travel (ID90 or aleast ID75)..on CX network, not only reserved for expat crew. My airline has ID 90 for all staff on there network.
