Dragon Air CPP Written Test

I am really happy that I have been chosen to attend the first written test of KA Cadet Pilot Program. It includes English and numeric tests. However, what will be included in English and numeric? Grammer, listening or oral in English? Numeric in calculation or reasoning?

Thank you very much.

Hey WT,

How was your English Test? I will be having mine on June 8th. Just wanted to see what will it be about. Please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Cheers

I passed the written test and undergone the aptitude test on a May 2007. KA HR told me that the first round interview will be scheduled at June 07 and right now just waiting for the phone call. Actually not highly confidence to have the 1st interview as already 3 weeks from the aptitude test but no one call me.

The written test includes Math and English. Math is not allowed to use calculator, it contains 5 or 6 questions and each question has 4 to 5 sub-questions. They are not difficult to calculate but only time consuming. Watch your time and try to guess the answer from common senses as time must not enough for you to calculate the accurate answers. Make some reasonable guesses or assumptions for the answers.

English contains listening and grammar. Second part of listening is far more difficult than the first part. First part is just to listen from the tape and choose the correct answer from 2 very similar words in pronunciation.

Second part contains around 5 passages from the tape and each passenge contains 4 to 5 questions. At the begging you are only allowed to read the questions of the first passage for 10 seconds and memorise the main points of those questions. After that you need to turn over the question paper and listen to the tape of the first passage. You are not allowed to write anything during the listening. From your memory of the questions you have to hear the answers from the tape and remember them. After the first passage is finished you will have time to answer the questions. Then the second passage begin and follow the above procedures.

Grammar includes tenses (quite difficult) and questions tags.

God bless you.

Math questions

Hi there,
I was just wondering what maths questions you had so I could have an idea of what to expect. If it's not too much to ask, can you tell me? Thanks!
