Condition on european bases
 

Hi all!

I have always had a wish to join CX and now it appears that my experience and CX recruiting may coincide. So I would appreciate any info that could push me "over the edge" and go for an interview.

I'm living in europe and therefore I'd like to find out what the conditions are like.

There are as always a few big questions to be sorted

1. Livestyle. What kind of rosters can I expect and what kind of flying? CDG-hkg-CDG only or do you stay in hkg for a few days and fly in the far east? do you end up going all the way around to LAX and back? Are there any flying within europe.

2. Pay. there is lots of information but not always very clear. there seems to be very different payscales depending on your time of joining as well as base.

3. Since I would be commuting to one of the bases how good are the interline conditions with CX and one world?

4. I understand you join on cargo and then has an option for pax. does everybody go to pax or is cargo just as good (minus pay of course)

I realize some of these questions may have been answered somewhere else, but my tiny brain simply hasn't found them.
