DEFO on pax fleet at CX? (Is it a rumour?)

Hello again,

Saw on a thread on main Fragrant Harbour forum that CX will start recruiting DEFO on pax fleet? Is it confirmed and if so, any details about the T&Cs (or the differences), basing, when it will happen... etc etc...??

Hello Sawadee,

It appears that it is offered to australian based pilots. Not sure about the terms and conditions but the salary is Cargo basic frozen for some time(?).

Not sure about this info. Check with other ppruners!

I've been offered DEFO Aust base next year some time. Will be interesting to find out whether it will be 747 200 or A330??!!!
