What is CX's current longest flight time and where to?

New York (JFK) direct.... 15-16.5 hours depending on the wind and route. A340-600

What route does it use? Polar?

As I said.... depends on the wind. Usually NOPAC or PACOTS route HKG-JFK to take advantage of the tailwind, and Polar route JFK-HKG to avoid the headwind (and sometimes pick up some tailwind).
